随着我国老龄化形势的日益严峻,园艺疗法对老人的身心健康研究越来越受到社会的关注。通过播种、间苗移植、多肉植物组合盆栽与草花植物组合盆栽等4种园艺植物栽培活动来探究其对孤寡老人压力缓解效益。研究发现,播种、间苗和多肉植物组合活动均能够显著改善老人心率的恢复情况;且播种、间苗活动能够显著改善老人的正性情绪和表情愉悦度,降低老人负性情绪,此两种活动更适合作为孤寡老人的园艺疗法方案。
Abstract：With the increasingly severe aging situation in China, the role of horticultural therapy in supporting the physical and mental health of the elderly is receiving more and more attention from the society. This study investigated the effect of four kinds of horticultural plant cultivation activities, including sowing, transplanting seedlings, succulents potting and herbal flower potting, on physical and mental health on the elderly without family members. This study found that the activities of sowing, transplanting seedlings and succulents potting can significantly reduce the heart rate of the elderly. Also, this study indicated that sowing and transplanting seedlings can significantly improve the positive emotions and the facial expression pleasure of the elderly and reduce the negative emotions. In conclusion, sowing and transplanting seedlings are suitable as a horticultural therapy solution for the elderly without family members.
