森林公园是以自然为主导的绿色空间类型，与公众健康密切相关。基于旅游动机理论、期望差异理论以及健康效益评估理论，构建了森林公园旅游动机与健康效益感知的理论模型。以北京奥林匹克森林公园为例，利用结构方程对理论模型进行了验证。结果表明，亲近自然、放松休闲、逃避现实、情感需求均对满意度存在直接正向驱动作用；满意度对健康效益感知具有直接正向驱动作用；亲近自然、放松休闲通过满意度间接正向驱动健康效益感知。因此，可通过完善森林公园游憩功能分区，满足游憩者多样化旅游动机，增强游憩者对森林公园游憩活动的自然环境与放松休闲的参与度与体验性，进而促进其满意度以激发健康效益感知，为森林公园改善公众健康状况的社会效益提供指导。
Abstract：Forest park is nature-led green space type that is closely related to people's health. A tourist healthcare perception theory model of tourists is built with the help of tourism motivation theory, expectation difference theory and healthcare perception assessment theory. The samples are analyzed in Beijing Olympic Forest Park and structural equation model(SEM) is applied to verify this theory model. The results show that: Being close to nature, relaxing, escaping from reality andemotional needs all directly drive positive impact on satisfaction; satisfaction has directly impact on healthcare perception; being close to nature, relaxing have indirectly positive effect on healthcare perception through satisfaction. Therefore, it is necessary to improve recreational functional zones of forest park to meet the diverse tourism motivations, enhance the satisfaction of tourists to improve the healthcare perception by enhancing tourists′ natural and relaxing experience, so as to provide guidance for promoting social benefits as improving people health conditions.
