西安建筑科技大学土木工程学院;西安建筑科技大学结构工程与抗震教育部重点实验室;
在古建筑木构架健康状态评估的研究中,诸多影响因素相互依赖,互成因果,各类残损间存在耦合作用,不仅加剧了古建筑损伤的恶化,同时也对健康评估体系的系统性与准确性构成了挑战。基于此,提取古建筑木构架健康状态的核心影响因素,运用决策实验室分析法(DEMATEL)、解释结构模型(ISM)结合网络分析法(ANP)构建古建筑木构架健康状态评估体系。首先,通过DEMATEL-ISM计算各影响因素的重要程度与耦合效应,建立古建筑木构架健康状态评估指标递阶结构模型;其次,通过ANP法计算评估指标权重,得到考虑指标相互影响作用下的综合评估结果;最后,通过BIM二次开发技术,在建筑信息模型平台中完成了古建筑木构架健康状态评估模块的开发,丰富了古建筑运维保护的数字化手段。研究成果有助于提高古建筑健康状态评估的综合性和科学性,为古建筑预防性保护决策与数字化健康档案建立提供了一定的支持。
