陕西师范大学地理科学与旅游学院;延安市文化和旅游局;
红色旅游是当前旅游市场的重要形态,兼具旅游和教育功能。文中借助情绪评价理论、敬畏情绪原型理论、期望差异理论等构建了红色情境感知、敬畏情绪与游客满意度的关系模型,采用结构方程建模方法进行实证分析。研究结果表明:(1)红色情境感知中的红色人物感知与红色事迹感知对敬畏情绪和游客满意度均具有显著的正向影响;红色精神感知与红色遗迹感知对敬畏情绪具有显著的正向影响,对游客满意度仅具有微弱的正向影响。(2)敬畏情绪对游客满意度具有显著的正向影响。(3)敬畏情绪通过红色精神感知、红色人物感知、红色事迹感知与红色遗迹感知对游客满意度具有中介作用。由结论得优化红色景观情境、塑造红色情境氛围、挖掘红色资源精神内涵、关注敬畏情绪积极作用并进行情感营销等启示,为助力红色旅游发展提供指导。
