黄河流域人地系统协调与高质量发展

摘要:

科学解析黄河流域人地系统协调机理,寻求可持续发展途径,成为促进区域生态环境保护和高质量发展的关键。在新时代“一带一路”与黄河流域国家战略背景下,充分发挥多学科交叉综合优势,实施黄河流域人地系统协调与高质量发展科学计划,具有重要的理论价值和现实意义。该文梳理黄河流域人地系统面临主要问题,解析黄土高原“三生”空间演化及其耦合特征,探讨人地系统科学研究的重点领域和主要内容,提出了黄河流域人地系统研究范式和“土”字样带。通过黄河流域人地系统智能化模拟、高质量发展情景分析,揭示黄河流域人地系统结构功能时空格局及其演变规律,阐明国土空间生态保护与生态安全的关键因子及其驱动机制,为全面构建黄河流域资源能源节约与集约利用技术体系,深入推进生态环境保护和高质量发展战略决策提供参考依据。

Abstract:

Regional sustainable development is facing practical problems such as shortage of water resources, fragile ecological environment, the sharp contradiction between human and earth, and relatively backward economic development. Scientific analysis of the coordination mechanism of human-earth system in the Yellow River Basin and seeking the way of sustainable development have become the key to promote regional ecological environment protection and high-quality development. Under the background of the national strategy of the Yellow River Basin in the new era, it is of great theoretical value and practical significance to give full play to the interdisciplinary comprehensive advantages and implement the scientific plan for the coordination of human-earth system and high-quality development in the Yellow River Basin. This paper reviews the main problems of human-earth system in the Yellow River Basin, analyzes the evolution and coupling characteristics of "three living" space in the Loess Plateau, discusses the key fields and main contents of the research of human-earth system science, and puts forward the research paradigm and the belt of human-earth system in the loess basin. Through the intelligent simulation and high-quality development scenario analysis of human-earth system in the Yellow River Basin, this paper reveals the temporal and spatial pattern and evolution law of human-earth system structure and function in the Yellow River Basin, and expounds the key factors and driving mechanism of ecological protection and ecological security, so as to comprehensively build the technical system of resource and energy conservation and intensive utilization in the Yellow River Basin. Meanwhile, it provides reference basis for further promoting ecological environment protection and high-quality development decision-making.
