黄河流域数字经济-生态保护-文旅融合协调发展评价及障碍因子

摘要:

在发展新质生产力背景下,数字经济通过赋能、连接和共享重塑产业发展新优势,能够推动黄河流域生态保护和文旅融合发展。然而,黄河流域数字经济、生态保护及文旅融合三者协调发展程度及影响其发展的主要障碍因素尚不清晰。研究基于2013—2022年黄河流域57个地市的面板数据,利用耦合协调度模型、核密度估计、空间相关性分析及障碍因子模型探究黄河流域数字经济-生态保护-文旅融合系统的耦合协调水平、时空分异特征及影响其发展的障碍因素并提出发展建议。研究发现:(1)2013—2022年3个子系统均有所发展,系统协调水平有一定幅度的提高,大体上实现了由轻度失调向濒临失调的转变;(2)空间分布上,耦合协调水平东南地区较高,西北地区较低,时间上,各地市间耦合协调水平差距逐步扩大;(3)各地市耦合协调度表现出正向关联性,主要呈现“高高”集聚和“低低”集聚的空间集聚特征,且空间稳定性较高;(4)万人从业人员中R&D人员数、电信业务总量、人均公园绿地面积、空气质量优良率、人均公共图书馆藏书量和住宿、餐饮业从业人员占比是影响三系统协调发展的主要障碍因素。研究为实现经济、生态与文化旅游的协同优化,促进绿色转型和高质量发展提供参考。

Abstract:

Under the background of developing new productive forces, the digital economy reshapes new advantages in industrial development through empowerment, connectivity, and sharing, and can promote ecological protection and cultural tourism integration in the Yellow River Basin. However, the degree of coordinated development between the digital economy, ecological protection, and cultural-tourism integration in the Yellow River Basin, as well as the main obstacles affecting their development, remain unclear.Based on the panel data of 57 cities in the Yellow River Basin from 2013 to 2022, the study uses the coupling coordination degree model, Kernel Density estimation, spatial correlation analysis, and obstacle factor model to explore the coupling coordination level, spatio-temporal differentiation characteristics, and the obstacle factors affecting the development of the digital economy-ecological protection-cultural tourism integration system in the Yellow River Basin, and proposes development suggestions. The study finds that:(1) From 2013 to 2022, all three subsystems have developed, and the system coordination level has improved to some extent, generally achieving a transition from mild imbalance to near imbalance.(2) In terms of spatial distribution, the coupling coordination level is higher in the southeastern region and lower in the northwestern region. Over time, the gap in coupling coordination levels among cities gradually expanded.(3) The coupling coordination degree of each city shows a positive correlation, primarily exhibiting spatial clustering characteristics of "high-high" and "low-low" aggregation, with high spatial stability.(4) The main obstacle factors affecting the coupling coordination development of the three systems are the number of R&D personnel per 10,000 employees, total telecommunications business volume, per capita park green space area, air quality excellent rate, per capita library book collection, and the proportion of employees in the accommodation and catering industry.The research provides a reference for achieving the coordinated optimization of economy, ecology, and cultural tourism, promoting green transformation and high-quality development.
